I’m here to provide information about the logo, @directrefurb-gma.

In QuickBooks Online, there are few things you need to remember before adding logos. Here are the following:

  • a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file
  • smaller than 10 MB
  • 24-bits or less in bit depth or colour depth
  • square-shaped, since rectangles don’t work
  • using the standard RGB colour space

You’ll want to convert the logo first into an RGB image using tools such as Adobe Photoshop before you upload it to the program if it’s CMKY-formatted.

Check out this reference to learn how to manage logos in QBO: Add, customise, or remove logos on sales forms.

I’ll be around to help if you have additional questions or concerns about the logo. Have a great day!
