When I go to pay a bill, the Ref no. box is already populated with a default narrative.Where do I go to remove this please?Many thanks

i company settings automation, turn off the statement to prefill transactions with previously entered data (or something like that )

MAny thanks for your reply. I have tried this already but it makes no difference. the ref. no. box still says "bacs a3 window" by default when I go to pay a bill

Does this continue to happen the next time you create a bill payment, even when you have previously removed this ref no.?
