When uploading an excell document is there a way to automatically add pictures to stock list items when they share the same part number?

Let me first welcome you here in the Community, usermatt.

We're unable to automatically add pictures to your stocks in QuickBooks Online. You'll have to manually select and attach the photos to your stock. I'll guide you how:

1. Go to the Sales menu.
2. Select Products and services.
3. Click on New.
4. Choose Stock, then click to open.
5. Click the picture icon to add an image.
6. Once done, click on Save and close.
