When you post a bill why does it ask you for the customer shouldn't it ask you for the supplier

Are you using QuickBooks Online?Yes it is the case it should ask you for the supplier when you create the bill.(It does allow you to select a customer as sometimes it may be the case an expense is done to the debtors account and in that case the customer would need to be an option)
