Where do I find inactive customers?

Welcome to the Community page, 

If you click on sales on the left hand navigation bar>customers>click on the little cog wheel on the right hand said next to the printer and export icon buttons>tick under other include inactive>then it will show you the inactive customers that you can then make active again, by clicking on make active under the action column.
