Hi jasrid Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. Are you using the app on a mobile device or a computer/browser? 

If you're using a computer/browser we'd be grateful if you can try clearing the cache and cookies for all time on your browserhttps://intuit.me/3YIeyt8 or use an incognito/private window.

If you're using the app on an IOS, please ensure that you're using the latest version of IOS and attempt the following steps: Go to the settings on the device, tap general, tap iPhone storage, tap the QuickBooks Online App then tap Offload App, this will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data. If those steps don't resolve the issue try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If you're using the app on an Android device we recommend trying the following steps, if those steps don't resolve the issue try uninstalling and reinstalling the app: 

  1. Close and restart the app.
  2. Clear app data. To do this:
  3. Open your device Settings.
  4. select Apps (varies by device).
  5. Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  6. Select clear data.
