Why are some of my customers not showing in the app?

They do show on the desktop version.

We're aware of an earlier issue impacting performance on the iOS app. This was fixed by our Engineering Team as part of the new app version. For the fix to take effect please delete the QuickBooks mobile app from your iOS device and install the most recent version (24.05.9) from the App Store.
