Why do different currencies still have £ sign in front, can I change format to stop this??

Hello Argusaccts, Can we ask where are you seeing the pound symbol in front of the foreign currencies? Could you post a screenshot example of this so we can investigate this further?

It is on the receipts screen, where client has snapped his receipt and is attempting to categorise. The figure is in IDR but quickbooks shows it with £ sign.
