Why do I get charged two different fees for my self employed account when they say it should be £6 per month?

Thank you for reaching pout to the Community. As much as I love to help you, @lmb-18, but this is a public forum, and we don't have access to pull up your account for security purposes.   

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team, as they have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and to determine what causes this feature not working in your end.
