Why do my expenses not have a category?

Accumulated and excessive data stored on the regular browser may cause system performance issues, resulting in the categories not showing on your expenses. With this, you can utilize an incognito or private window in opening your QBO account, as it prevents the website from using these corrupted cache files.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts for easier access:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N
   

Then, check if the categories are already accessible. If it does, switch to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the website's preferences. Also, please consider using the other supported browsers or devices for the best and most secure experience.
