Why has my bill gone up to £18 pcm ?

Hello, @info899.

 

If you're referring to your bill transactions, then you can check the Audit Log report to review any added transactions on your company file. If there are bills that should be recorded, you can delete them.

 

Here's how to view the Audit Log:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Audit Log.
  2. Select Filter.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. Select Apply.

On the other hand, if you're referring to your QuickBooks Online subscription that goes up to £18 PCM, I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support Team to check and review the amounts further.
