Why has QBS stopped us from copy & paste name into customers search box, so are now having to type. Same on two computers and 5 different browsers, why?

I’m here to ensure QuickBooks will allow you to copy & paste names @ MCP1!


Since the issue remains after using different computers and browsers, it would be best to reach out to our Technical Support team to check this further. They have the necessary tools that can determine the root cause of the issue and help get this resolved.


You can check our business hours so our support can assist you immediately. Then follow the steps outlined below:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Type in, “Talk to a human.”
  3. Select Contact a human, then press the Live Chat / Call me back option.
  4. Choose a way to connect with our representatives.
