Why I am not able to add Name and Date on the Purchase Order?

I'd be glad to help you today be able to add the name and the date when creating Purchase Order (PO).

 

To help us narrow down the cause of this unexpected behavior, you may need to try accessing your account using a private browser and start creating a purchase order from there. If it works fine using a private browser, you may need to clear the cache of the regular browser you're using. The cache can be bogged down with older data which causes performance issues while working with QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

To access your account using a private browser, you may use either of these shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

You can also access your account using another supported browser and try adding the name and date on your PO.
