Why on my app do my customers all keep disappearing?

With this, may I ask for further details by sharing a specific screenshot of which part of the QuickBooks app the customer keeps appearing? When you create a sales entry, or when you go to the Customers tab? I appreciate you for providing additional information so that I can provide an accurate resolution.
