Question

Working in app on ipad pro. The action button top left corner (three green lines) keeps disappearing. Not available to let me switch between categories. Please help.

Hi insideoutgardeni, thanks for your post - to troubleshoot, please uninstall and reinstall the app to the latest version and check that your device is running on the latest operating system 📱

Thank you but neither of those options have worked. Here is an example

Open app

(3 lines) Home Screen Page

Sales Open (3 lines present)

Open Invoice

< Close Invoice

(3 lines) Disappear????

Reinstalling the app is the ultimate step that we can suggest from here, so I recommend getting in touch with our dedicated QBO Team. This way, they gather more information and use more tools to investigate the disappearing action button.

 

  1. Click the Menu button.
  2. Choose Help or Intuit Accounts and Settings.
  3. Select Help and Support.
  4. Click Contact Us.
