I uploaded my Chart of Accounts and have the QB accounts still showing.  Is there a way to remove them all at once or do I need to do them one at a time?

I will be using account numbers and when they were uploaded the account number appears before the account name.  Is there a way to remove this?

Yes there is a setting for using account numbers and you can disable it. Follow the steps in this article, but simply disable it instead of enabling it. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/chart-of-accounts/use-account-numbers-in-your-chart-of-accounts/00/185624

If the numbers were part of the name when imported they might need to be edited individually to remove the numbers.
