Your Autopay feature lets customers make payments for recurring invoices automatically if QuickBooks Payments is activated on the account you're using. Customer will have an option to sign up and enter their payment details through their invoice once. After doing so, their payments will process automatically for future recurring invoices.
The Autopay feature only works for recurring invoices. Non-recurring invoices will need to be paid manually.
