Can’t log in to self-employed quickbook as an existing user
QuickBooks Support Team,
I am an existing subscriber to the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, which I use to track my miles, expenses, and other financial data. I have a full-year subscription, and the service is essential for my business operations.
Recently, I attempted to log in to the app, but it no longer allows me to do so. Instead, It has a message stating that the Self-Employed app is no longer accepting new sign-ups but that existing users can continue using it. Unfortunately, the app does not provide an option to enter my login credentials or access my account.
Considering the subscription cost and my reliance on the app, this is highly disappointing. To make matters worse, there seems to be no way to contact customer service directly, leaving me with no other option than to reach out through this channel.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly, as I need the app to function as advertised. Please let me know how I can regain access to my account and resume using the service.
