Hello Ivy, welcome to QuickBooks. You have the ability to include the QUICKBOOKS BALANCE column on the Chart of Accounts page. I will guide you through the process with detailed instructions.

Here's how:

  1. From the left menu, hover your mouse to Transactions and choose Chart of accounts.
  2. Click the small Gear icon within the Chart of accounts page.
  3. Under Columns, tick the check box for QuickBooks balance to add it.
  4. Hit the X button.

I'm adding this article to help you get more familiar with the Chart of accounts: Learn about the chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, you might want to generate a QuickReport to get a detailed breakdown of your transactions for a specific account within your Chart of Accounts. To do so, click the dropdown arrow beside View register and select Run report.

Should you have any further banking issues or inquiries about handling transactions in QBO, feel free to leave a comment below. I'm here to assist you. Wishing you a wonderful day.
