eBay Managed payments stopped updating

Howdy everyone!

 

Been using QBO ever since GoDaddy sent the email about a month ago. I have been able to figure it out and get it working just the way I needed it too.


Last 2 days I noticed the ebay Managed Payments under "app transactions" No longer updates. I keep getting this error: There was a problem updating your transactions! Please try again later.

 

Reaching out to find out if anyone else is having the same issue. Support said it was something backend and should have been resolved in about 24 hours.

Upon checking here, there's an ongoing investigation about having an issue about connecting to eBay payments in the bank feed or the App Transactions screen.

Thank you for that update. It was driving me crazy :) 

 

I tried contacting the chat support, they kept telling me to call eBay, which didn't make sense. Glad I reached out here.
