Linking of different e-mail addresses to different templates/forms
Hello, we want to send certain templates for certain purposes to different e-mail addresses in the customer profile.
Something like this:
Invoice to email: [email address removed]
Order Confirmation to email: [email address removed]
Tracking to email: [email address removed]
Possibly also several e-mail addresses for one template.
How can this be set up in Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise?
Currently, when using the Send Forms function, it always pulls the e-mail address in the customer profile which is saved in the field Main-Email.
