Linking of different e-mail addresses to different templates/forms

Hello, we want to send certain templates for certain purposes to different e-mail addresses in the customer profile.


Something like this:
Invoice to email: [email address removed]
Order Confirmation to email: [email address removed]
Tracking to email: [email address removed]

 

Possibly also several e-mail addresses for one template.

 

How can this be set up in Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise?
Currently, when using the Send Forms function, it always pulls the e-mail address in the customer profile which is saved in the field Main-Email.

    Hi, MarkusAlbrecht. Currently, QuickBooks Desktop does not allow certain purposes the way they wanted it to. You still have the option to send a single message to multiple recipients, but it won't specify the purpose.

     

    To send a single message to multiple recipients, please follow these instructions. Note that this feature is only available to those with Plus and Enterprise subscriptions.

     

    1. Utilize the dropdown menu to choose which email addresses to include, or deselect any that you do not wish to send the message to.
    2. If you need to add a new email address, simply enter it in the add field. Invalid email addresses will be highlighted for you to correct.

     

    Alternatively, you can provide feedback directly through your QuickBooks Desktop. Our product engineers will take note of your comments. Your input is invaluable and can help enhance future updates to better address your needs.

     

    Here's how 

    1. Select the Help option.
    2. Select the Send Feedback Online option.
    3. Select the Product Suggestion option. A pop-up window displays.
    4. Enter your feedback suggestion.
    5. Click the Send Feedback button. The feedback is sent.
