5. Then select Install, and Finish.

Once the installation is complete, you can export your online data. Follow these steps:

1. On the Prepare to export page, click Continue.

2. Select the QuickBooks Online data you want to export and click Continue.

3. On the Request your data page, click Continue.

4. Fill in the Name and Email address fields, then click Continue.

5. You will return to the Export Overview page. Under Prepare to export, follow the instructions for online migration, then click Continue.

6. In the Exporting from QuickBooks Online page, click Continue to Download and select Download QBXML file.

7. Save the file to your desktop and click Continue.
