Packing Slip not longer available to print on Invoice screen. When printing from sales screen in batch, does not print ship to address

You can still print the Packing slip within the invoice transaction and add the Ship to address field in QuickBooks Online, @jeffb73. We'll provide more information to help you navigate this process and restore the option in your company file.

Be aware that web browsers have the ability to store temporary internet files to enhance browsing performance. However, an excessive accumulation of these files may lead to issues within the application. We recommend performing basic troubleshooting to help clear these temporary internet files from your browser and restore QBO to its default function. Prior to this, please log into your account using an incognito or private browsing mode by utilizing the following shortcut keys:

• Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
• Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
• Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once you're in, access or create an invoice and click the More actions to check if the Print printing slip option is available.
