"Airy New" is the ONLY template that allows the "Message to Customer" text field to use the full width of the paper. It works fine when the Admin views/edits/prints an Estimate using the Custom Form that is using the "Airy New" Design Template. When a User views/edits/prints that SAME template filename created by the Admin, it reverts to being like the other design templates which only allow the "Message to Customer" to occupy the LEFT half of the template, making the Estimates use more pages. This feels like a BUG. It's bad enough that only one Design Template allows you to conserve space by using the entire page width for "Message to Customer", but Custom Forms are useless if Users can not use them the exact same way the Admin does. Why, Intuit?

In QuickBooks Online, the Airy New template message to the customer is always on the left side regardless of the user's role whether he is an admin or a standard user, @Fiddler.

Based on your screenshot, it appears that your template is missing a subtotal and total area, which is why the information is centered on the form. The subtotal and total are default components on your end. Since your browser has an unusual behavior, let's proceed with some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

To start, accessing your company file using a private browsing window to prevent potential interruptions caused by corrupted cache files. This will not store cache files that cause an error message in your default browser.

Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

If it works in the private browsing window, clear the cache in your regular one to refresh the website's settings. Additionally, ensure that your browser is up to date. Alternatively, using a different supported option may also help resolve the issue.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting Live support team to look into this issue, find the root cause, and provide you an efficient resolution.
