Spreadsheet sync with cloud based Excel?

I’m using QBOA and trying to use spreadsheet sync with either Google Sheets or the cloud based version of Excel. While I can import data from Quickbooks, I can’t edit or add data to the spreadsheet and have it be pushed back into Quickbooks.
From my research, it seems that I should have the option to “Create or edit records” in the right hand sidebar menu. But I don’t see that option in my sidebar. I’m attaching a screenshot of what my menu looks like.
