Unable to Sign In to Back Up Data in QuickBooks?

I am experiencing issue related to QuickBooks data backup signing in as it does not allow me to sign in whenever i try to sign in it shows some kind of error.

Can anyone here resolve my issue related to this problem.

So I'm able to give you the best info, are you unable to sign into your Desktop account itself and what exact error message are you receiving?
