2022 CPP not correct in QBO, and no mention of it in Intuit's post on the matter

Why did Intuit choose to not address the CPP also?

Why did Intuit not send out an email regarding the QBO tax table delay to the effected users?

I want to ensure this issue is taken care of firsthand so you can process your employees' paychecks accurately. To get started, you may raise this issue to our QuickBooks Online Support Team so they can create a case or ticket about the CPP calculation. 
 

To contact support:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with a live representative:
    • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET
    • Call us. M-F, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET.
