Access to payroll taxes denied

I am an Admin user on this QB account, I cannot access Payroll Taxes to do the PD7A report facsimile, I am told I have access to everything.

Thanks for connecting with us here. Your payroll is an important part of your business. It's important you're able to access your payroll and I'll be happy to give you a hand with this. The program offers a variety of tools and resources that help you get ahead with your work. 

 

An admin has access to every part of the QuickBooks account. They have the same accessibility as the primary admin, except editing or removing the primary admin's access. Based on what you've described, I recommend accessing your account using a private/incognito window. Doing this helps bypass most browser issues.
