Adding an employee but its not accepting the address

When I put in my employees address, its telling me it dont match, but if I change it to my address it works fine.

Thanks for turning to the QuickBooks Community for support! Making sure you're able to add all of your employees information without running into any issues is important. I would be happy to provide some information.

 

If you have verified the employees address is correct, I suggest entering the address on the Canada post website. It's possible small details have been missed. Enter the address in QuickBooks exactly how you see it on the Canada post website. Here is a link to the Canada post website. If you're not seeing any errors, it may be browsing data on your system that is preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Clearing Cache and Cookies, helps fix most of these issues.

 

If you're still unable to enter the employees address, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community, They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen to get a visual of the issue. They also have the appropriate tools to create a ticket if they feel it is necessary. You can reach them by following one of these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
