Question

An employee keeps getting a message stating that the administrator has not granted them access to workforce. I have sent the link (with the correct email).

I have also tried to revoke her access and then sent her a new link for her to login in with again but she keeps getting the same message, even though on my end it says that she has access

It's vital that all your employees be able to see their pay stubs so they know the breakdown of their pay. The Workforce employee portal is a great way to give employees access to their paystubs so they can view them. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with the Workforce setup.

 

Thank you for trying the steps you've already done. For further assistance with accepting an invitation to Workforce, you'd need to reach out to the Workforce support team by chat. They'll be able to view the login of the employee in question in order to help get them access to their payroll info. You can reach them using the Chat with us link at the bottom of this article.
