Anyone know how to get the payroll feature functioning using microsoft edge? Repeatedly getting the "Something went wrong on our end" chatted with csr to no avail

Welcome to Community!  Ensuring you're able to access QuickBooks Online Payroll, is essential in paying your staff on time.  I would be glad to help!

 

To have the best experience with QuickBooks Online, you'll want to use a supported and up-to-date browser.  If you experience browser issues when visiting Intuit sites, I recommend doing some troubleshooting steps, if you haven't done so already.  I recommend the following;

 

1. Try using a private or incognito browser

2. Restart your browser

3. Clear your browser's cache

4. Add Intuit as a trusted site
