Are payroll taxes reported when paid through quickbooks

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic way to pay your staff with confidence.  In addition, you can electronically file and pay your payroll taxes in E-File and E-Pay.  I'd be happy to provide more insight here!

When you've completed the e-file and e-pay enrollment process, QuickBooks Online Payroll automatically generates and process your associated payroll tax forms.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference.
