Banked Hours

Hello all,

 

I'm really new to quick books and I'm taking over a position and need to know if it is possible to bank hours in QB.

I've read some previous discussions on the topic here but haven't seen any new posts regarding the issue in the last two years,

I was hoping that maybe the feature is now possible in QB without having to do a workaround with a spreadsheet and keeping track of it manually.

Hi Louis79,

 

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll currently doesn't provide an option for banked hours.  You'd track their overtime hours and then convert them to paid time off.  If you feel this is something that would be beneficial, you can submit a suggestion to our Development team.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference, to assist with Payroll preferences.
