banking hours for employees

I banked an employee's hours for a pay period and the cheque was $0.00, but reports say he was paid $2.4 million dollars.  I looked at the paycheque and it says $0.00. This happened twice. What's going on and how do I fix this as I will be banking more hours in the future.

I appreciate you reaching out to the Community. It's good you're looking to keep track of your employee's hours. I'll be happy to assist and steer you on the right direction. 

 

Based on what you've described, I'd like to learn more about how you're banking hours in QuickBooks. The reason I ask is that,  at this time, QuickBooks doesn't offer the feature to save banked hours. The best workaround to this would be manually keeping track of the banked hours outside of QuickBooks. I recommend Excel or any other software which allows you to enter and save info. I know how important it is to have such a feature in QB and I encourage you to Send the valuable feedback to our product developers. You can do this by clicking the Help menu and looking for Send Feedback Online. We appreciate any feedback we get from users like you.
