Can a staff member look at old paystubs such as all of 2022. A staff member would like to look at old pay stubs but can't seem to go back more than 6 months.

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online Payroll let's you view the pay cheque history a couple of ways.  

Here's how;

1. From the left menu, open Payroll and then Employees

2. Select Paycheque list, under Run payroll

3. Click on the Filter ▼ dropdown 

4. Choose the Employee, Date range, or select a custom date range

5. Hit Apply

6. Select a paycheque to expand the view

You can also run an employee report by following these steps;

1. Open Reports and enter Payroll summary by employee in the Search field

1. Open Reports and enter Payroll summary by employee in the Search field

2. Hit Customize 

3. Choose the Employee

4. Select What to include

5. Hit Run report
