Question

Can anyone help me clear the QBO message Incomplete tax pmt when Under actions needed it tells me I am all caught up. When I go to Filling history all months are paid.

Welcome to Community!  I can see your concern, when a message indicates your tax payment is incomplete.  It's important to review all aspects of your payments, to ensure your books are accurate in QuickBooks Online.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

Initially, I recommend clearing cache on your browser to see if you get the same result.  In addition, I suggest filtering your payments to extend the date range.  You can use the ▼ dropdown menu to select a specific Type, such as 'Installment', or 'Interest/Penalty', then hit Apply.
