Can employees enter their own timesheets through quickbooks online?

Hi there, 

 

QuickBooks makes it simple for your employees to track their time-sheets. I'd be happy to show you how to set this up on your end. 

 

First, you'll need to invite your employees as time-tracking users to your account. I recommend referencing this helpful article for more info: Add Users in QB Online. Once you've done this, your employees will be able to enter their time using the steps below: 

  1. Log in to: www.qbo.ca
  2. Go to the Weekly Time Sheet tab.
  3. Enter the hours under the dates.
  4. Click Save.

Can employees use a QuickBooks app to enter a new timesheet or do they need to go through the web login?
