Can I change the pay period - not the pay schedule - that stays as semi-monthly. However the pay period is off by a week and so my ROEs have to be manually adjusted.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll provides the options needed, to ensure your payroll is accurate.  I would be glad to help!

You can edit your employee profile, to ensure their pay schedule is aligned with their pay date.  Here's how;

1. From the left menu, open Payroll, then Employees

2. Select the employee you want to update and click Edit, in the Employment details section

3. Select the Edit 📝 beside the existing Pay schedule

4. Use the ▼ dropdown menu, to edit the Pay frequency

5. Open the calendar to select the End of next pay period.  You'll se the Upcoming pay periods.

6. When ready, hit Save.
