Can I create an employee directory of inactive employees?

Hi there, 

 

Welcome back to the Community. I'll be happy to give you a hand with accessing your inactive employees.

 

Here's how:

 

1. Open the "Employees" menu in QuickBooks

2. Click the drop-down arrow next to "View" at the top of the page. Choose "All Employees" to bring up a list of all of the employees, both active and inactive.

3. Locate your inactive employees in the list. Those who are inactive will display with an "X" next to their name.

 

From here, you can print out the list of inactive employees for your records. In case you need further assistance, please contact our support team using this link here.
