Hi there and welcome to the Community!

I love that you've been using QuickBooks Online Payroll to pay your employees and keep track of your payroll taxes. You've made a great choice, and I hope you're loving the features. I know how handy it'd be to have the option to customize your employees' paystubs. Let me go over this.

If you navigate to the Employee tab of the Payroll module in QBO, you should see a hyperlink for Paycheque list. Clicking this will allow you to take a look at all of the paycheques you've created for your employees. Selecting the blue hyperlink for Net pay opens up the cheque so that you can take a look at the breakdown and see what your employee will see on their stub.

Under the Pay section, your employee will see Vacation Pay which will show them their YTD and Current amounts. Under Deductions they'll also see any additional deductions or contributions that you've added to the system and deducted from their pay. This'll also displaying their YTD and Current amounts.

If these details are all you're looking to add, additional customization won't be necessary. If however, this doesn't quite hit the mark and you're looking for something a little different from what's currently displayed, I encourage you to submit feedback. There's no option available within QuickBooks Online Payroll to customize your employee pay stubs, so submitting feedback will let our product development team know how handy this feature would be. They'll take it into consideration when they implement future product updates. If you'd like to keep tabs on the features that are implemented, check out the New Features page on our website.
