Hi userimpeggo,

Welcome to the Community. I can see the clutter that duplicates can cause on your account and I'm here to help. QuickBooks is designed to help you keep track of your taxes and I'll be glad to show you how to delete the forms you mentioned above.

In QuickBooks Online, you can undo the archived form by clicking the Delete option. I'll gladly show you how:

  1. From the Taxes menu, select Payroll Tax.
  2. Navigate to the Filings tab > select View Archived Forms in the Annual Forms section.
  3. Choose the correct form.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. Once done, it'll go back to your filing due.

If the option isn't available, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They're equipped with tools that can help undo the archived form. Here's how:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a callback.

Let me know if this info helps. I'll be a message away in case you need anything else.
