Can I delete submitted direct deposit

Once a direct deposit has been submitted, it cannot be deleted, Matt. If the direct deposit date for payroll is incorrect and the checks have already been processed, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support team.

2. Select the Contact Us section.
3. In the What can we help you with, enter your concern such as deleting the submitted direct dep then Select Continue.
