It's vital that you have the correct software to help you manage all your business. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool that can help you run your payroll as well as have it automatically entered into your books. I can provide some information about adding payroll to your subscription. 

 

In order to add payroll to your QuickBooks Online subscription, you can do so by navigating to the Gear icon, then Account and Settings. In the Billing and subscription tab, you can add a payroll subscription to your account.
