Can I run QBOAP from Europe while I am on vacation out of Canada without a VPN? with my ipad?

The beauty of QuickBooks Online is you can access it from anywhere in the world. You won't have to use a VPN to pay your staff. You'll just need to visit www.qbo.ca, log into your account and use everything as normal.
