Can I send T4's out to employees after closing my account?

Hi Zofia, 

 

As we approach year-end, it's imperative that your employees have a copy of their T4 to submit to the CRA. If you're using Payroll with QuickBooks Online, this process is simple. I'll explain further below. 

 

In order to send T4's to your employees, you'll have to have an active subscription for both QuickBooks Online and Payroll. Both of these subscriptions are needed in order for you to gain access to year-end forms. 

If your account is inactive, you won't be eligible to send T4's to your employees. If you need to re-subscribe to your QuickBooks and Payroll accounts in order to gain access to your employee T4's, you can do so by logging in, then clicking Account and Settings > Billing and Subscription > Subscribe Now (for both QBO and Payroll add-on).
