Can I show seperately on employee pay stubs the base pay and each of the four grants that suppliement their hourly wage?

It's important that the funds are recorded and tracked accurately to ensure a positive outcome in your books. You can add your accountant to your books by going to the My Accountant tab of your QuickBooks account.
