Welcome to the Community. Being able to run payroll is essential to ensure that your employees are paid. QuickBooks Online payroll is a great program that gives you the ability to pay your employees and track your remittances. I'd be glad to point you in the right direction to run payroll.

If you're having trouble running payroll, I encourage to complete browser troubleshooting to ensure that cache and cookies are not preventing the system from working efficiently. I'd encourage you to refer to the following steps to complete the troubleshooting steps.
