Can QuickBooks Standard Payroll be charged yearly just like QuickBooks Essentials?

We switched to the yearly subscription (for QuickBooks Essential) to reduce the administrative weight, but it doesn't seem like you can do it for QuickBooks Standard Payroll. It seems like we'll still receive a monthly invoice for that.

QuickBooks Online introduced the new annual billing structure this year, which has been a huge hit for busy business owners who don't want to worry about monthly payments. It's great that you're taking advantage of this option to lighten your administrative load. 

 

While QuickBooks Online can be billed annually, QuickBooks Online Payroll will remain on a monthly billing cycle. The reason for this is because the price may fluctuate from month-to-month, depending on how many employees you have. Standard Payroll charges $20 per month plus $2 per employee. If the number of employees changes, so will your monthly bill for payroll. 

 

I can see why you'd like to move everything over to annual billing. At this time, the option is for your account subscription. If anything changes, I'd be happy to reach back out to you here to let you know.
