CAN REFUNDTHE AMOUNT ALREADY YOU HAVE CHARGED ME ON 23 AUG,THE PAYROLL IS TOO EPENSIVE I WANT TO CANCEL IT ?

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  I can  understand how the current QuickBooks Online Payroll pricing can affect your business financials.  Please note that when payroll is cancelled, you will not have access to any payroll information or associated forms, unless you resubscribe.  For this reason, it's important to complete any payroll tasks, prior to cancelation, such as creating ROE's, paying Remittances, or printing the PD7A, or other forms, as you see necessary.  To proceed with the cancellation process, click here.
