Can someone figure out why I am unable to set up payroll. I have been using quickbooks for a year but have another employee now that needs paid and can't get it to work

Are you unable to set up payroll due to an error on your browser? If so, I highly suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Doing this is an excellent way to fix browser-related issues that may be causing the issue you've described above. To learn more about clearing cache and cookies, check out this article here.
